Answerank Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Answerank's website, products, and services ("Services"). Please read carefully, as this is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and JF Genius Ltd. (referred to as "Answerank," "we," or "us").

By accessing or using Answerank's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  • Eligibility and Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

  • Service Modifications and Availability

Answerank may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service changes or discontinuation.

  • Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, and safeguard your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or containing false information.

  • Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Service content without authorization;

  • Use the Services for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract models or algorithms;

  • Distribute viruses, spam, or unsolicited advertisements;

  • Impersonate others or falsify identities;

  • Interfere with service operations or attempt to bypass security measures.

  • Content and Ownership

Your inputs to the Services ("Input") and the outputs generated based on those inputs ("Output") are collectively referred to as "Content."

To the extent permitted by law, you retain ownership of your Inputs and hold rights to the corresponding Outputs.

Answerank may use Content to improve and maintain the Services. If you wish to opt out of model training, please contact support@jfgenius.com.

Due to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence, Outputs may not be unique or completely accurate. You should exercise independent judgment regarding their suitability.

  • Third-Party Services

The Services may contain third-party software or links to external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Answerank is not responsible for their content, legality, or security.

  • Intellectual Property

The Services and all components (including algorithms, software, models, trademarks, etc.) are owned by Answerank or its licensors.

You may not use any Answerank trademarks or brand elements without written permission.

  • User Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback to Answerank, we may freely use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

  • Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Answerank against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Improper use of the Services;

  • Disputes arising from Content you provide.

  • Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Answerank makes no express or implied warranties.

For all claims, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, or
  • USD $1,000.

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages (including lost profits, data loss, etc.).

  • Arbitration and Governing Law

Any disputes between you and Answerank shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, waiving the right to jury trial and class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or pose a risk to the Services.

Account data may be deleted 30 days after deactivation or inactivity.

  • Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please email support@jfgenius.com with:

  • A description of the infringed work;

  • Relevant webpage links;

  • Your contact information;

  • A statement affirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

  • Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Answerank.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
